Welcome to HAPI Pet. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HAPI Pet mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you enter into a legally binding agreement with [Developer Name] (“HAPI Pet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the App.

2. Description of Service & AI Disclaimer

HAPI Pet provides AI-assisted creative tools, including avatar generation and pet care insights.

• No Veterinary Advice: AI-generated insights, training tips, or health-related suggestions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not substitute for professional veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• AI Disclosure: You acknowledge that the App uses generative AI to create content. While we strive for quality, AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or non-representative.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Standards

To ensure a safe environment, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content.

• Prohibited Content You may not upload photos or generate content that depicts: (a) animal cruelty or neglect; (b) sexually explicit or suggestive material; (c) hate speech or harassment; (d) illegal acts; or (e) infringement on third-party intellectual property.

• Enforcement We reserve the right to use automated and manual moderation to review content. We may remove content and permanently ban any user who violates these standards without notice.

4. Eligibility and Account Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any security breaches.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Ownership and Licensing

• User Content You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process this media solely to provide the AI features.

• AI Output Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use your AI-generated pet avatars.

• Copyright Note You acknowledge that under current laws, AI-generated content may have limited or no copyright protection. HAPI Pet does not guarantee that you will have exclusive ownership of the Output.

6. Account Deletion

In accordance with policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This can be done via the Settings menu in the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAPI Pet shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

8. Governing Law
